You will support proactive and reactive consumer responses, apply best practices in content creation, and drive engagement across major platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Brand Teams, influencer partners, and Legal/PR to ensure governance and risk mitigation while delivering yearlong brand support and real-time campaigns.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Guide Community Manager to drive engagement and reactive social moments.
• Collaborate with influencer team and Brand Teams to manage partners.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices.
• Craft engaging social copy for various platforms.
• Coordinate with Legal and PR to govern social programs and mitigate risk.
• Lead social media analytics and oversee reporting across brands.
• Coordinate with external agencies to ensure best-in-class execution.
