• Proven track record of scaling organic social for high-growth consumer brands.

• Experience with disciplined brand voice and narrative frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy, vision, and channel architecture across major platforms.
• Lead, develop, and scale a cross-functional social team.
• Own the weekly social business review, reporting to executives.
• Build a test-and-learn engine to optimize platform performance.
