Job summary

PepsiCo's Poppi brand is seeking a Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across key platforms. You will lead a high-output content engine, briefing and coordinating with external teams while mentoring a direct report to scale output and capability.

You will shape platform direction, voice, and culture at scale, leveraging trend insights to keep Poppi ahead of culture and drive engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or content marketing.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured briefs and clear direction for teams.
• Strong platform expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Deep cultural fluency and ability to anticipate trends.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Data-driven mindset using performance insights to improve content.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (marketing/communications or related field).

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy and execute content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Lead end-to-end content production and briefing, coordinating with external teams and creators.
• Maintain and evolve poppi's brand voice across all channels.
• Identify cultural trends in real time to drive engagement and virality.
• Establish workflows to optimize speed, scale, and quality of content production.
• Collaborate with influencer, creative, and retail marketing teams on cohesive campaigns.
• Support retail social asks (Target, Costco, Walmart) to drive in-store and online traction.
