Allica Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow SME relationships, originate lending, and work with trusted local Advisors. You will build networks with accountants, solicitors, and business groups while delivering outstanding service to clients.

You will demonstrate a strong understanding of SME banking and commercial lending, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of superior customer outcomes. Flexible, hybrid work options are available as part of the role.

• Strong network of trusted SME advisors such as accountants and solicitors.
• Background in commercial lending and SME banking.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Originate SME lending opportunities from enquiry to completion.
• Deliver local business plan and personal development goals.
• Provide excellent service to customers, prospects and advisors.
• Collaborate with all areas of Allica to ensure seamless service.
• Represent Allica with professionalism and uphold bank values.
