• Build a portfolio comprised primarily of family-owned, community-minded, and multi-generational businesses with revenues between $500k and $1.5M.
• Complete fifteen face-to-face meetings with business decision makers weekly.
• Develop strong relationships with Retail Bank Market Leaders to expand share of wallet for commercial and consumer needs.
• Report results of marketing efforts through the CRM system by Friday each week.
