LexisNexis is seeking a Small Business Relationship Manager to protect and grow revenue across an assigned customer portfolio. You will build consultative relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and drive retention strategies to maximize value of Nexis solutions.

You will leverage your experience in B2B sales and strategic account planning to exceed targets, navigate a complex enterprise environment, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Equivalent professional experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Experience handling complex products or solutions in a matrixed corporate environment.
• Proven track record of sales overachievement and revenue retention.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed yearly sales targets and activity objectives.
• Develop strategic account plans for assigned customers to drive growth and reduce churn.
• Identify expansion opportunities and maximize revenue through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Utilize Salesforce, Gong, and Tableau to inform decisions and present insights to customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy resources for securing deals.
• Build relationships with key decision makers to expand business within accounts.
