Job summary

LexisNexis is hiring a Small Business Relationship Manager to protect and grow revenue in a nationwide, home-based role across multiple states. You will build consultative relationships, identify opportunities, and lead retention strategies while leveraging Salesforce, Gong and Tableau to drive decisions.

You will collaborate with internal teams, develop account plans, and present value across LexisNexis business information solutions to high-level buyers.

Qualifications

Equivalent professional experience in B2B sales with complex products or solutions.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and strategic account planning.
Ability to develop penetration strategies and forecast revenue with accuracy.
Strong knowledge of LN products and services and AI applications.
Experience in a matrixed corporate environment and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies to meet and exceed yearly sales targets.
Drive retention and expansion within assigned customer portfolio.
Create strategic account plans to promote growth and reduce cancels.
Engage stakeholders using Salesforce, Gong, and Tableau for data-driven decisions.
Coordinate resources (support, pricing, marketing) to secure business.
Build relationships with senior decision makers for broader engagement.
