Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience in financial services or business-to-business sales.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements and recommend levers to improve outcomes.
• Outside sales experience and a proven prospecting track record.
• Motivated to grow existing relationships and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to analyze client financials and industry trends.
• Strong communication and demonstrated leadership ability.
• Experience coordinating with teams to solve client issues and deliver outcomes.
• Knowledge of small business banking products and services; CRM familiarity.

• Manages end-to-end client journey to deliver needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Identifies and refers small business opportunities and solutions.
• Delivers a branded customer experience within sales portfolios by spending time in the field.
• Forges relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities.
• Leverages credit knowledge to advise on solutions and digital capabilities.
• Supports execution of the sales delivery model to grow the Small Business segment.
• Coaches and provides feedback to associates and clients with a client-centric approach.
