Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales or B2B sales
• Ability to interpret financial statements and recommend levers
• Proven prospecting and outside sales abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing a client portfolio and deepening relationships

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client journey to deliver on client needs and drive sales
• Identify and refer small business opportunities and conduct relationship reviews
• Deliver a branded customer experience within sales portfolios and be in the field 80% of the time
• Foster relationships with partners to increase small business opportunities
• Advise clients using knowledge of credit and financial services to meet goals
• Support sales delivery to grow the bank's Small Business segment
• Coach and provide feedback to associates and clients within a client-centric culture
