Job summary

Dandy is hiring an Account Manager to delight dentists across the country. You will own a book of business, transitioning new customers from sales to you, and growing a 200+ account portfolio. Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Customer Support to maximize satisfaction and retention.

You will drive ARPP by fostering relationships, activating new users, and expanding into new locations while traveling as needed to support key accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success in SaaS/healthcare.
• Proven upselling, cross-selling, and growing complex account portfolios.
• Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders at multi-location organizations.
• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of multi-location accounts and drive net revenue retention through proactive planning and engagement.
• Analyze account performance and feedback to build strategic engagement plans.
• Guide practices through critical moments in the Dandy journey using service and commercial skills.
• Prioritize outreach and opportunities across sites using dashboards and data triggers.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within each parent account.
• Drive activation of additional doctors and scanners within existing practices.
• Lead expansion into new practice locations with onboarding aligned to parent goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with executives, doctors, and practice managers.
• Act as a strategic consultant and negotiate contract terms to reduce churn.
