Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a strategic Real Estate Coordinator within the Design & Construction team to balance site acquisition with project execution. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in site selection, land development, real estate due diligence, construction management, or a closely related field.
• Experience conducting site feasibility analysis, including zoning and entitlements review, environmental assessments, and infrastructure evaluation.
• Strong background in pre-construction activities: programming, conceptual estimating, and schedule development.
• Corporate or owner’s-representative experience managing internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Working knowledge of construction means and methods, building codes, and ADA/accessibility requirements as they relate to site evaluation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and structural drawings at a conceptual and schematic level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex site analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits across different geographies.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to support site evaluations, team meetings, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Real Estate Coordination: establish and maintain a strong relationship with Anduril's SRE team, primary contact for project pursuits.
• Participate in weekly portfolio pipeline meetings to maintain visibility across active and upcoming pursuits.
• Collaborate with D&C, space planning, security, and internal stakeholders for early project visibility, procurement alignment, and coordination.
• Facilitate regular meetings with internal project managers to discuss project updates, resource allocation, and challenges.
• Provide formal site selection recommendations based on site walks, feasibility analysis, and alignment with programmatic requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: serve as the primary contact for all new project pursuits from identification through approval.
• Work with project management for seamless handoff between due diligence and execution.
• Define true project need with business line stakeholders; create project program document.
• Advise during early phases: due diligence, programming, design, pre-construction, estimating support.
• Communicate progress to senior management and key internal stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Security, Network Engineering, Facilities Management, Marketing, Kitchen Operations, Manufacturing, EHS, and Legal.
