Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 7+ years in corporate real estate transactions or related roles.
• Proven leadership in LOI through lease execution for office/industrial spaces.
• Knowledge of TI allowances, renewal/expansion options, ROFO/ROFR, termination rights, and restoration.

Responsibilities

• Lead LOI and lease negotiations for new sites, renewals, expansions, and amendments.
• Standardize LOIs and lease forms; define acceptable positions on key terms.
• Manage a portfolio segment: renewals, expansions, contractions, terminations, subleases.
• Maintain landlord relationships and resolve issues with division stakeholders.
• Track expirations, options, notice dates, termination rights; inform decisions early.
• Coordinate with planning to align leases with demand forecasts.
• Transition signed deals to Design & Construction for delivery; monitor impacts.
• Report portfolio status and present recommendations to leadership.
