Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Plant-level SIOP lead to translate demand and financial targets into an executable operating plan. You will own the plant-level SIOP, drive cross-functional collaboration, and resolve capacity and supply constraints to meet customer commitments.

You will align production with demand and financial goals, while continuously improving planning processes and operational readiness across operations, materials, procurement, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated business planning/S&OP/SIOP with capacity planning.
• Ability to translate demand and financial targets into executable operating plans.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills in constraint resolution.
• Knowledge of manufacturing planning, materials flow, and supplier/outside processing coordination.

Role Summary: Lead the plant-level SIOP process for a bearing-focused division, converting financial plans and customer demand into a practical, capacity-aligned operating plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the plant-level SIOP process.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Materials, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Quality, suppliers, and outside processors.
• Resolve supply, capacity, and execution constraints to support customer commitments.
• Align production and resource availability with demand and financial objectives.
