Responsibilities

• Running the day‑to‑day office tasks including making appointments and answering phones.
• Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors.
• Instructing Hi‑Lo Operators on their next priorities.
• Checking truck drivers' IDs and sealing trailers.
• Completing yard/refer checks and verifying completion of paperwork.

Key Essential Functions:

• Running the day‑to‑day office task (making appointments, answering phones, etc.)
• Creating BOLs
• Assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors
• Instructing Hi‑Lo Ops on their next priorities
• Checking truck drivers IDs
• Sealing trailers
• Creating switcher/shuttle moves
• Bulk Receiving- if at M2 or Mazda
• Completing yard/refer checks
• Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork
• Customer Service
• Control the Flow of inbound/outbound trucks
• Any other clerical work that needs to be done
