Job summary

Arxada is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Specialist in Mapleton, IL to ensure on-time, accurate shipments and precise inventory control. You’ll work with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing or inventory is preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS, SAP, ERP platforms and transportation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate shipping documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments to customers and warehouses.
• Verify order accuracy and resolve shipping and inventory issues.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies to support accuracy.
• Process stock transfers and coordinate external shipments.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations and logistics teams.
• Support safe practices and operational excellence.
