Job summary

Arxada, a global leader in chemistry and biotechnology, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead the site logistics organization, oversee warehousing, planning, and shipping, and drive operational excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to meet production needs, optimize service levels, and control costs.

With 8–10 years of relevant experience (or 5–8 with a Master’s), you will manage a budget, develop talent, and foster continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or related operations teams.
• Experience in production planning, forecasting, inventory management, or other analytically intensive operations.
• Strong leadership and talent development abilities with engagement across diverse teams.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionals and provide performance feedback.
• Direct all site logistics operations for safe, efficient warehousing, materials management, planning, drumming, and shipping.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of raw materials to meet production and demand.
• Oversee production planning activities to support on-time delivery and efficiency.
• Drive timely drumming, shipping, and distribution to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage logistics and warehouse budgets and pursue cost optimization.
