Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist based in Fridley, MN to oversee receipt, movement, and shipping of products in our warehouse. You will ensure accurate inventory records, timely deliveries, and safe handling of materials while supporting cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a warehouse setting, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse, distribution center or manufacturing shipping/receiving environment.
• Knowledge of essential safety and OSHA regulations, LEAN concepts, and methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills, scheduling abilities and detail orientation.
• Effective problem solving and time management skills.
• Strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude to work independently under pressure, assess multiple demands and manage changing priorities.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and accounting for inbound materials; maintains receiving log and inventory records.
• Manage outbound shipping; prepare paperwork and coordinate with freight companies.
• Respond to material orders; pick, schedule delivery or pickup, and transfer materials.
• Operate forklift and related equipment; organize storage and PMI boxes.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organized storage areas.
• Coordinate with safety department to develop and follow safety policies for equipment and tools.
• Maintain professional knowledge and effective communication with coworkers, customers, and field staff.
• Apply LEAN concepts to improve efficiency of operations and processes.
• Support ArchKey's DEI commitments and deliver high-quality services to clients and partners.
