Job summary

Arxada Mapleton is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Specialist to ensure shipments are accurate, on time, and compliant. You will maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate transportation, and support continuous improvement across the supply chain with warehouse, operations, customer service, production, and transportation teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or a related operational environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management systems (WMS), SAP, ERP platforms, and transportation management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments to customers, distribution centers, and warehouses while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Verify order accuracy and proactively resolve shipping, inventory, and logistics issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through shipment verification and cycle count activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to support operational accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Process stock transfers and coordinate shipments to external warehouse locations.
• Collaborate across warehouse, operations, and logistics teams to improve shipment quality and timeliness.
• Support safe working practices and contribute to a culture of compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.

As a Shipping & Inventory Specialist in Mapleton, you will play a critical role in ensuring products are shipped accurately, safely, and on time to customers. The expected salary range for this role is 46k-53k base salary but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.

Essential Job Functions
