Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee shipping, receiving, and traffic management across warehouse functions. You will coordinate with multiple departments to maintain accurate stock levels and drive operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in warehouse/inventory management, with CPIM preferred. Proficiency in SAP, WMS, MS Office, and hands-on experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Trucks are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in warehouse/inventory management.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse systems.
• Strong MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of traffic coordination and handling large order volumes.
• Experience operating Cherry Picker/Reach Truck.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing inventory management activities, including the coordination of shipping, receiving, and traffic management.
• Work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks and maintain order accuracy.
• Monitoring and evaluating employee performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular feedback.
• Develop and maintain cycle count and inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Document, update, and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain appropriate levels of inventory supplies and equipment for operational efficiency.
