Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions seeks an Application Delivery Lead to drive solution design, development, and implementation for the DM technology portfolio. This hybrid leadership role blends software engineering and guidance of a development team, ensuring high-quality, scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, and relevant ITIL/Agile experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in distribution management, supply chain, information systems, information technology, or business.
5+ years in distribution/supply chain management with 3PL/4PL experience preferred.
5+ years in information technology and supply chain management systems.
5+ years in supply chain technology projects and implementations.
Experience in designing/coding custom interfaces using C++, Java, Android, and PowerShell.

Responsibilities

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions and custom applications.
Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce architectural best practices.
Design and oversee complex integrations with external enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM) using REST, MID Server, Integration Hub.
Monitor system performance, security, and data quality while managing patching, upgrades and module rollouts.
Oversee implementation across modules (ITSM, HRSD, Legal, CSM, App Engine) based on organizational needs.
