Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Lead Senior Manager to guide successful ServiceNow solutions delivery in a client consulting environment. Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs in consulting or professional services.
• 6+ years hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations in multi-workstream or enterprise-scale programs.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or minimum 5 years of demonstrated ServiceNow platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (12+ years total work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
