Job summary

Soni's client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Manager to define and execute the technology strategy that enables enterprise risk management capabilities. The role partners with Risk leadership to shape the vision, roadmap, and operational management of the ServiceNow Risk platform, including IRM, BCM, TPRM and MRM.

The leader will drive platform governance, vendor management, and continuous improvement of risk technology capabilities while coordinating with Risk, Digital & Technology,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Deep expertise with ServiceNow IRM/GRC platforms.
• Proven track record defining technology strategy and execution.
• Strong executive presence and relationship management.
• Experience leading complex technology operations and large-scale transformation.
• Solid understanding of enterprise risk, compliance, governance and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain multi-year technology vision and roadmap for enterprise risk management platforms.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees and strategic planning discussions.
• Own technology strategy and lifecycle management for ServiceNow Risk modules (IRM, BCM, TPRM, MRM).
• Collaborate with platform teams to maintain governance, standards and release practices.
• Ensure day-to-day technology operations supporting ServiceNow Risk solutions.
• Lead incident, problem and change management processes.
• Manage delivery resources and strategic partners to meet service objectives.
• Oversee upgrades, reduce technical debt and platform modernization.
• Lead a blended team of internal resources, contractors and strategic partners.
