EY is seeking a Senior Risk Technology consultant in the US to help clients solve risk and compliance challenges by leveraging ServiceNow IRM and other GRC platforms. You will lead end-to-end projects, mentor colleagues, and contribute to business development in a global, collaborative environment.

The role blends technology, risk, and advisory, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow across sectors and capabilities while delivering measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field with 2 years of ServiceNow IRM/TPRM/BCM experience.
• Or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience in ServiceNow IRM/TPRM/BCM.
• CSA certification from ServiceNow and completion of GRC Fundamentals (or related certifications).
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow IRM functionality, including integrations via Integration Hub or API functionality.
• Exposure to Governance Risk and Compliance principles and data models.
• Experience with risk technology implementations and enabling risk governance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IRM architecture, design, build, and deployment across projects.
• Develop resources and support pursuits/business development as appropriate.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members; develop functional and technical skillsets.
• Interact directly with clients to address day-to-day execution and deliverables.
• Contribute to go-to-market and thought leadership initiatives.
