Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of implementation experience.
• Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant implementation experience.
• Certified ServiceNow administrator and GRC related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IRM architecture, design, build, and deployment on end-to-end projects.
• Develop and mentor team members across onshore and offshore delivery.
• Support business development activities from proposals to client relationship building.
• Interact directly with clients and EY teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Advise on risk technology capabilities and governance, risk, and compliance practices.
