Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for an onsite contract engagement in Washington, DC. The role involves designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions to meet ITSM, ITAM, and change management needs across DC government projects.

You will lead architecture efforts, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure governance and security standards are applied throughout deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
CTA and CIS certifications preferred.
Proven experience architecting complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and components.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM modules.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specs.
Design integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Identify and implement performance tuning for ServiceNow.
Ensure governance, security, and compliance in implementations.
Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
