Job summary

Tony’s Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a Service Coordinator to optimize daily service scheduling and align technicians with calls. You’ll ensure technicians are prepared with history and estimates, and you’ll communicate proactively with customers about appointments and changes.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2+ years in a fast-paced coordination role, strong communication, and proficiency with scheduling tools. On-site role in Modesto, CA with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing coordination role.
• Experience with scheduling, reservation, POS, or CRM software; ServiceTitan experience not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong typing and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the daily service schedule to maximize technician productivity and efficiency.
• Match technicians to service calls based on skills, location, urgency, and customer needs.
• Adjust schedules quickly when challenges arise or appointments change.
• Prepare technicians with customer history, equipment info, and open estimates before each call.
• Communicate with customers about appointments, arrivals, delays, and changes.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer concerns to create a positive experience.
• Follow up on estimates, memberships, and opportunities to convert to appointments.
• Ensure calls are documented, coded, invoiced, and closed in ServiceTitan.
