Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, factory planning, supply chain, operations.
• Proven ownership of integrated business planning, demand/supply planning, capacity planning, and production control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Factory Planning organization with clear accountability and development of managers.
• Translate strategy and demand into integrated short-, mid-, and long-term factory plans.
• Own end-to-end factory planning cadence, including demand, supply, capacity reviews, and execution.
• Establish a fact-based view of demand, supply, capacity, cycle time, and risk.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and others.
• Lead capacity planning for labor, equipment, space, tooling, and infrastructure; mitigate gaps.
• Own factory-level material planning and logistics performance, including inbound/outbound flow.
• Ensure reliable production schedules reflecting constraints and readiness.
• Develop governance and performance reviews with explicit owners and due dates.
• Create recovery plans for output gaps and track execution to restore commitments.
• Standardize planning processes, master data quality, and system discipline.
• Use analytics and scenario modelling to expose risks and support decisions.
