Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee delivery relationships for one or more clients in an on-site setting. You will own all delivery services, manage costs, and supervise deskside teams to ensure contracts and SLAs are met.

You will lead service management initiatives to support business operations, growth, and transformations, including forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3-7 years of related field experience.
• Extensive experience managing customer and supplier relationships.
• Broad working knowledge of IT systems.
• Strong account & delivery skills with IT/product knowledge.
• Solid strategic and tactical account support and services skills.
• Good problem solving capabilities focusing on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Owns the delivery relationship for one or more customers.
• Accountable for all Delivery services and Delivery cost to the Customer Executive.
• Lead service management to support business operations, growth and transformation.
• Ensure OLAs and SLAs align with contracted timeframes and third-party agreements.
• Forecast demand for services and cost per account.
• Mitigate service failures and drive quality improvements.
• Escalation point for process owners and drive continuous improvement.
• Report breaches of SLAs and manage solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare Status reports and monthly Availability Management Reports.
