TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead planning and strategy for a defined client segment. You will locate opportunities, build relationships with key decision makers, and guide proposal writing and pricing development to support revenue growth.

You will also participate in trade shows, manage CRM data, and mentor less experienced team members while ensuring contracts and accounts receivable processes align with company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales, marketing, or communications.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development management.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• LEED, CEM, BEP, Sandler Silver and/or Energy Star certifications preferred.
