Job summary

The position emphasizes proactive sourcing, employer brand activation, and building scalable capability across the function while aligning compensation with market trends and vendor governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in progressively senior TA management roles.
• Strong business partnering skills, with credibility advising HR and senior leaders on talent strategy.
• Fluency with recruiting data and analytics, and comfort using both to coach performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of TA professionals, setting standards and building leadership bench.
• Own proactive talent acquisition strategy including sourcing channels, pipeline development, and employer brand activation.
• Advise senior business and HR leaders on talent strategy, labor market dynamics, and hiring decisions.
