Job summary

Clorox seeks a Senior Services Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives within a strategic business unit. You will manage cross-functional teams and champion new processes to drive high-value projects across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and R&D.

You will hire and mentor project managers, optimize capacity, and push for decisions on priority initiatives. This role offers a hybrid schedule in a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience spanning multiple disciplines.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 5 years' experience with desktop & ERP applications.
• Experience with production/inventory control systems.
• Operations planning experience a plus.
• Project management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, R&D, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Hire, train and develop Associate Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
• Optimize capacity and allocate resources to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of initiatives to deliver cost savings and supply assurance.
• Design and implement best-practice processes for efficient use of Supply Chain resources.
