Job summary

Clorox is seeking a senior Supply Chain leader in Bentonville, AR to guide CSCMs in owning customer outcomes and translating enterprise strategy into scalable operating models. The role sits between execution and strategy, shaping decision frameworks and governance to drive faster, more consistent decisions.

The position requires 7+ years in supply chain or related fields, with 2–3+ years in people leadership. A hybrid workplace is offered with strong analytics and cost-to-serve focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations in a complex environment (CPG or similar).
• 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop CSCMs to operate as end-to-end customer owners.
• Build capability in analytics, cost-to-serve, structured problem solving, and trade-off decision making.
• Establish clear expectations and reinforce accountability for service, cost, and inventory outcomes.
• Translate customer and channel strategies into standard work, operating rhythms, and performance-management forums.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to identify and resolve systemic drivers of service failures.
• Anchor collaboration with data and defined actions to customers and Sales partners.
