Job summary

Clorox Company is seeking a senior supply chain leader to develop and deploy end-to-end BU supply chain strategy. The role drives execution through projects that deliver on business strategy and financial goals, while leading a team of Strategic Project Managers.

You will oversee strategic initiatives, optimize capacity, manage cost savings, and partner with planning, procurement, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and finance to align options and tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain management across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to identify and develop strategic and tactical options to improve performance.
• Collaborate and influence across organizational levels to achieve objectives.
• Strong analytical skills to derive conclusions from data.
• Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Understanding of business financials and their impact on supply chain decisions.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Strategic Project Manager’s team.
• Optimize capacity and resources to meet business requirements and remove execution barriers.
• Lead governance routines and executive-ready updates with clear ownership and next steps.
• Translate strategy into executable project charters, roadmaps and success metrics.
• Drive margin transformation through cost reduction initiatives and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance.
