Job summary

Clorox is seeking a senior leader to develop and deploy end-to-end BU supply chain strategy, driving execution excellence across planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.

You will hire, train and develop a Strategic Project Manager team, lead governance routines, and deliver margin transformation through cost savings initiatives while collaborating with finance, engineering and operations to optimize service, cost and resilience. This hybrid role is based in Alpharetta, GA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across procurement, planning, manufacturing and logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Excellent understanding of business financials and ability to articulate financial impacts of supply chain decisions.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop Strategic Project Manager’s team.
• Provide direct leadership to optimize capacity and resources across projects.
• Lead governance routines and executive-ready updates with clear decisions, risks and next steps.
• Lead strategic supply chain development projects converting BU strategy into executable plans.
• Drive margin transformation through cost savings initiatives and effective handoffs across functions.
• Incorporate external benchmarks and best practices into supply chain strategies.
