Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a senior supply chain leader to drive end-to-end BU supply chain strategy and margin transformation. You will champion cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, R&D, Finance, and Operations to deliver value and sustainable improvements.

Hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote, and a focus on delivering competitive, responsible supply chain outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience spanning multiple disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from data.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across subordinates, peers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead BU supply chain strategy development and deployment.
• Represent end-to-end Supply Chain in innovation forums and charter work.
• Develop supply options for new products, packaging, and plans in partnership with SMEs.
• Drive margin transformation projects and cost savings initiatives.
• Coordinate governance and ensure timely decision-making.
