Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Institutional Relationship Manager to manage a defined retirement plans book, including sponsor, advisor/consultant and service team relationships. You’ll drive profitability, deepen client and consultant engagement, and lead onboarding and plan participant servicing initiatives across a national territory from a home office.

You will collaborate with Finance, Investment Management and the Integrated Service Team to adopt Nationwide advantages, grow the client base

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business or finance or related fields preferred.
• FINRA 6, 63, 65 (or 7/66) required.
• Associates must obtain required licenses/registrations within designated time.
• Designations such as AIF encouraged.
• 5 years in financial services with retirement plans focus.

Responsibilities

• Establish, grow and retain profitable relationships with mid-market plan sponsors, advisor/consultants, and service providers.
• Lead the integrated service team by coordinating business support and resources.
• Conduct annual to quarterly Committee Meetings on Plan Health and engagement.
• Partner to identify multi-year strategy to increase profitability via Nationwide products.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and reduce cost to service the book.
