Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate studies in business or finance preferred.
• FINRA 6, 63, 65 or 7/66 required; licenses must be obtained within designated period.
• Associates encouraged to obtain additional retirement plan designations.

• Establish, grow and retain profitable relationships with mid-market plan sponsors and advisors.
• Lead the integrated service team to support relationships and service delivery.
• Conduct annual to quarterly Committee Meetings on Plan Health and engagements.
• Identify multi-year profitability strategies with Nationwide products and services.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for your book of business with clients and advisors.
