• Experience in retirement plans (401k/403b) and ERISA knowledge.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships including plan sponsors and advisor/consultants.
• Strong analytical and data-synthesis capabilities to inform retention and growth strategies.

• Establish, grow and retain profitable relationships with mid-market retirement plans.
