Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Institutional Relationship Manager for the Western region, covering mid-market retirement plans with a focus on sponsor and consultant relationships. You will lead the integrated service team, conduct periodic plan health reviews, and drive profitability through Nationwide Advantage products.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial services with retirement plan experience, FINRA licenses, and strong communication skills to influence

Competenze

Undergraduate studies in business or finance preferred.
FINRA licenses 6, 63, 65 (or 7/66) required; licenses/registrations to be obtained within designated period.
5 years in financial services with at least 3 years in retirement plans; experience with plan sponsors and consultants.

Mansioni

Establish, grow and retain profitable relationships with mid-market plan sponsors/advisors/consultants and other service providers.
Lead the integrated service team by coordinating business support functions and resources.
Conduct annual to quarterly Committee Meetings on Plan Health, Engagement and Nationwide enhancements.
Identify multi-year profitability strategies with Finance and Investment Management for Nationwide Advantage Products.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan for your book of business aligned with client and Nationwide objectives.
Lead onboarding and transition meetings with plan sponsors and implementation teams to ensure smooth adoption.
