Job summary

The Phoenix Group Advisors seeks a Senior Principal Recruiter to join our Professional Services practice in the United States. This is a senior, full-cycle agency recruiting role, leading searches, building trusted client and candidate relationships, and delivering results across business operations, HR, finance, and more.

You will manage the full process, advise on hiring strategy, and develop strong pipelines.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of agency recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across admin/office support, legal, HR, or finance & accounting.
• Proven success producing placements and revenue.
• Experience managing direct-hire, contract, or contract-to-hire searches.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Consultative, quality-focused recruiting approach.
• Business development experience or established client relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process from intake through placement.
• Lead searches and advise clients on hiring strategy, compensation, and talent availability.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates against position requirements.
• Present curated shortlists with clear written candidate assessments.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback, offers, counteroffers, and start dates.
• Build and expand relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify new search opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Maintain accurate candidate, client, and activity records in Bullhorn.
• Consistently meet individual recruiting activity, placement, and revenue goals.
• Share market knowledge and provide guidance to less-experienced team members.
