Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting projects, programs, operations, or leadership teams in a corporate or technology environment.
• Experience preparing professional communications, reports, or presentations for leadership audiences.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution support for cross-functional initiatives and strategic technology programs; track milestones, risks, dependencies, and ensure alignment to enterprise objectives.
• Provide operational enablement support to senior technology leadership, including prioritization management and executive forum prep.
• Support financial and operational processes tied to technology initiatives, including monitoring budget-related documentation and ensuring internal controls.
