State of Indiana is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Indianapolis to serve as a conduit between employers, universities, and government resources. You will help cultivate robust talent pipelines, meet hiring goals, and support education and workforce initiatives across Indiana.

The role focuses on concierge talent services, strategic partnerships, and coordination with multiple state agencies to attract and retain a skilled workforce for Indiana’s economy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program management experience.
• Experience coordinating with education institutions, universities, and government agencies.
• Knowledge of Indiana assets and how to leverage them to drive results.
• Strong ethics, values, integrity and trust; effective communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship management with career centers and workforce pipelines.
• Develop strategy for stakeholder engagement and CRM among key partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify metrics of talent fulfillment.
• Support business development and RFPs with talent-recruitment insights.
• Coordinate with state agencies on talent development and retention initiatives.
• Prepare reports for the Vice President, Workforce & Talent.
