Job summary

Lucid Motors in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Sr. Program Manager to lead Sales Operations initiatives from intake to deployment, focusing on Transaction, Order, and Title Operations, with emphasis on accuracy of incentives, taxes, and customer-facing documents.

You will partner with Legal, Tax, IT, and SMEs to improve processes, validate releases, and ensure launch readiness, while maintaining dashboards, templates, and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive operations, transactional order management, sales operations, or related PM function.
• Strong understanding of vehicle sales, transaction operations, DMV/contract workflows, and title-related processes.
• Experience triaging production system issues and validating releases through UAT.
• Analytical, data-driven with dashboards, reporting, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations projects from intake through requirements, design, UAT, alignment, deployment and post-launch communication.
• Own daily triage of Salesforce, CFS, and sales operations system issues, coordinating with IT for timely releases.
• Identify and eliminate manual workflows and inefficiencies across Transaction, Order, and Title Operations.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and operating mechanisms to provide visibility into tickets, progress, and issues.
• Maintain vehicle sales databases, execute incentive updates, and validate incentive accuracy across systems.
