Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a visionary Head of Sales Operations to lead the sales operations team and scale operations from order to delivery. You will oversee Transaction Operations, Order Operations, Title Operations, Controls & Compliance, and Product Management, driving efficiency across the entire sales lifecycle.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, and Delivery to deliver operational excellence, SOX compliance, and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Automation.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional operations teams in fast-paced environments.
• Deep automotive operations expertise including registration, titling, DMV processes, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales operations processes from contract execution through registration and title transfer.
• Ensure registration completion and maintain rapid case resolution.
• Oversee order finalization, contract validation, and payment processing across SAP and Salesforce.
• Manage complex customer escalations and buyback processes.
