• Lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Delivery, Product, IT, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Analytics, Fleet, and Leadership stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, launch readiness materials, process documentation, stakeholder communications, and executive-level status updates.
• Strong analytical orientation translating demand signals and production constraints into actions.
• Navigate ambiguity and create scalable processes in a fast-growth environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication for leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly build plans balancing demand signals with production constraints and commercial considerations.
• Perform daily activities that support order-to-delivery execution, including order matching, the 8-week build plan, and allocation visibility.
• Support testing and training of new build planning initiatives and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Engineering, IT, Production, and operations to support launches.
• Attend and contribute to S&OP, Vehicle Programs, and Supply Chain forums to assess impact to build plan.
• Use analytical insights to recommend build configurations and manage dynamic inputs.
