Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in software quality, quality operations, program quality, software validation, issue management, technical program management, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional issue resolution, quality reporting, KPI management, quality governance, or program execution activities.
• Strong understanding of software development, validation, release processes, defect management, and corrective-action workflows.
• Experience managing issue triage, corrective actions, executive escalations, and quality governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead software quality operations and issue management across vehicle programs.
• Drive cross-functional coordination for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Own critical issue review processes with visibility into risks and resolutions.
• Monitor defect backlog health, issue aging, and escalation for systemic actions.
• Facilitate software quality review meetings with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Develop and maintain software quality dashboards and KPI reporting for executives.
• Present software quality status, risks, and recommendations to engineering leadership.
• Support release-readiness through risk tracking and closure plans.
• Promote data analytics and reporting automation to improve insights and efficiency.
