Randstad USA is seeking a Senior HR Generalist in Florida to drive end-to-end HR operations and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and department managers. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, practical solutions, and measurable improvements across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, policy administration, and HR compliance.

You will lead cross-functional HR initiatives, ensure policy and SOP alignment, and collaborate with Finance on payroll changes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience across multiple functional areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulatory standards; confidentiality is essential.
• Pre-employment background checks and drug screenings are required prior to hire. EOE.

• Lead and improve core HR operations; partner with executive leadership and managers.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, policy administration, and HR reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll changes and personnel records.
