Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading US cloud provider for AI, seeks a Senior Counsel, Cybersecurity & Incident Response to partner with Security and cross‑functional teams on preparedness, incident response, and regulatory compliance.

You will provide real‑time legal guidance during security events, strengthen governance, playbooks, and training, and translate forensic findings into practical advice for executives, engineers, and regulators.

Qualifications

• J.D. required with active bar admission; experience in cybersecurity law and incident response preferred.
• Strong ability to translate technical details into legal guidance for multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating privileged investigations with outside counsel and forensic experts.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time legal guidance during cybersecurity incidents and investigations.
• Assess and advise on breach notification obligations under applicable laws.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, governance, and training programs.
• Draft executive updates, regulator notices, and client communications with risk considerations.
