Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Associate General Counsel, Product Regulatory, to shape how products are designed, reviewed, launched and operated under evolving global regulations. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Privacy, AI, Security, and Commercial Legal to embed compliant controls and scalable governance.

You will lead regulatory inquiries, advise senior leadership on product roadmaps, and help CoreWeave grow responsibly as a fast-growing AI platform provider.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant legal experience counseling complex technology products.
• Experience advising Product/Engineering leaders and resolving regulatory issues.
• Deep expertise in AI, privacy, data protection, cybersecurity or digital-services regulation.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into actionable legal steps.
• Experience designing product governance programs with audit-ready evidence.
• International product risk assessments and market-entry advisory experience.
• Excellent drafting and executive-level communication skills.
• Bar admission in NY, NJ, CA, DC, or WA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature CoreWeave’s product regulatory governance program and approvals.
• Lead legal review of products, features, AI capabilities, data uses, and infra initiatives.
• Embed privacy by design, responsible AI, security, and data governance into product roadmaps.
• Advise Supply Chain and Global Operations on regulatory matters and compliance programs.
• Align product functionality, disclosures, and marketing with legal requirements and controls.
• Monitor US and international laws; advise leadership on roadmaps and market entry.
• Lead regulatory inquiries, audits, and coordinate outside counsel responses.
