Job summary

CoreWeave seeks an experienced Legal Counsel, Intellectual Property to advise on IP matters spanning licensing, AI-related IP questions, patents, trademarks, and open source programs for our AI cloud platform and data center infrastructure.

Reporting to the Managing Director & Associate General Counsel, you will protect and grow CoreWeave’s IP portfolio, negotiate IP terms in customer, vendor, and partner agreements, and build playbooks and templates enabling rapid business execution across

Qualifications

Admitted to practice law with an active bar in at least one US state.
At least 4 years of IP practice experience with a law firm, in-house role, or government agency.
Strong working knowledge of US trademark law; general knowledge of patent and copyright law.
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ideally marketing, events, media, or brand-related.
Ability to manage a high volume of matters and prioritize across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage CoreWeave's trademark and domain name portfolio, including clearance searches and filings.
Monitor for infringement and handle brand protection and enforcement.
Draft, negotiate, and review marketing, events, and brand agreements.
Review materials for IP, advertising, and other legal risk.
Develop and maintain IP playbooks, templates, and intake processes.
Support the broader IP team with invention disclosures and litigation coordination.
